- Mentoring and performance oversight for Instructors Examiners Tutors Mentors and Coaches.
- Coordinating and analyzing audits and performance reviews to maintain instructional consistency regulatory compliance and training quality.
- Championing global standards by translating enterprise‑wide initiatives into local actions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and instructional excellence.
- Cultivate nurture monitor plan schedule global standards procedures locally. This is the foundation of the Local Training Standards Lead role ensuring consistent application of global training standards across all operations.
