Job Details:

+ Detention pay: $15 per hour
+ Drop and hook pay: $25.00 per stop
+ Live load/unload: $50 per stop
+ Driver assist: $25 per stop
+ Live swap: $25 per stop
+ Hazmat: $50 per load
+ Holiday pay: $200 per day
+ Safety training pay per hour: $20 per hour
+ New hire training pay: $200 per day
