Kent Enablement at Home (KEaH) provide domiciliary-based short term enablement service across Kent. We are looking to recruit a Locality Organiser to work in a busy role managing the delivery of the in-house enablement services to people in their own homes.
If you have experience within health and social care, we would love to hear from you. We are offering the opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic, and supportive team which promotes professional development.
