As a Location Control Manager supporting South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), you will help strengthen governance and operational risk controls across lines of business, Operations, and Technology. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, partnering with local, regional, and global stakeholders to identify emerging themes, drive control initiatives, and support effective escalation and remediation.
Job responsibilities Oversee the location control environment and provide a consolidated view of operational risk controls to ensure issues are promptly escalated and remediated, including governance, coordination, and execution of global control projects and cross-LOB programs. Support country control initiatives, including coordinating Legal Entity Risk Assessments (LERA) for operational risk assessment and appetite.
