- Lead a team of 5-8 Sales Account Coordinators, driving sales of innovative telecommunications solutions to residential customers.
- Oversee daily team activities, including organizing sales routes, verifying home counts, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Actively engage in sales while supporting and guiding your team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Participate in the hiring process for new Sales Account Coordinators.
- Coach, train and manage team performance, including conducting performance reviews.
