Responsibilities
- Install, repair and maintain various types of locks and security systems.
- Respond to emergency lockouts and provide timely solutions.
- Cut new or duplicate keys using specialized tools and techniques.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with locks and security systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients concerns and inquiries.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Locksmith or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of locks, keys and security systems.
