Locum Consultant Haematologist – Myeloma & Stem Cell Transplantation
We are seeking a full‑time locum Consultant Haematologist with expertise in all aspects of myeloma and stem‑cell transplantation. This role may lead to a substantive post as the department expands.
Main Duties
- Participate in weekly myeloma clinic as part of the multidisciplinary team and liaise with the transplant team for patients undergoing autologous stem‑cell transplant.
- Take part in the clinical transplant team, assessing patients for suitability, guiding them through the process and maintaining accreditation standards (JACIE, HTA).
- Serve on the white‑cell attending team, providing cover for haematological malignancy patients and transplant patients admitted to St George’s Hospital.
