Locum Consultant Orthodontist (OMFS)

This part‑time Consultant in Orthodontics post sits within the OMFS Department at Homerton University Hospital and has been established to support the development of a new consultant‑led orthognathic service. The post‑holder will provide specialist orthodontic assessment, treatment planning and ongoing management for patients with complex dentofacial and skeletal discrepancies, working closely with OMFS colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective and high‑quality care.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the post include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide consultant‑level orthodontic assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and care for patients requiring specialist and multidisciplinary management, including orthognathic treatment.
