Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols and nursing standards.
- Administer systemic anti‑cancer therapies, supportive medications, intravenous infusions, injections, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor patients during and after treatment for adverse drug reactions, infusion‑related events, and treatment side effects, escalating concerns promptly to the medical team.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medication regimens, symptom management, potential side effects, and follow‑up care requirements.
- Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, referrals, investigations, and multidisciplinary care plans to support continuity of care.
