Description:

Summary: St. Alexius Health Bismarck is in need of a GI physician. General GI is ok, ERCP candidates will move to the top of the list


Rates:

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation ***-287.50 - half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

On Call (Daily) ***-*** - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

24 Hour Vacation Call Rate - ***-*** - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

Call Back ***-*** Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Vacation Call Back ***-862.50 Per vacation hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.
