Key Responsibility Areas
- Provide casework management to clients with varying needs, risk and safety concerns.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve case plan outcomes.
- Participate/ implement group work to target client groups or other stakeholders/ agencies.
- Participate in community development initiatives and provide recommendations for consideration.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director & Head of FSC/Director/Management.
- Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience working with individuals/ families is an added advantage.
- Good report writing skill.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skill.
