Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional, and patient-centered nursing care.
- Monitor, assess, and document patients' clinical conditions and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Practising Certificate
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification
