Reporting to the System Manager, the Program Manager will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of physicians and advanced care providers, encompassing compensation discussions, collaboration with legal and compensation teams, credentialing, travel arrangements, and meticulous attention to all assignment details. This national role oversees the operational tasks to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules and budget to drive and improve quality, financial performance that align with CommonSpirit's mission, core values and standard of conduct under the Locum and Traveler Network program. This includes the implementation of strategies developed to improve the use of physicians and advanced practice providers at our facilities.
