Job Responsibilities
The Lodge Anchor will assist the Lodge Manager with all aspects of lodge administration and guest service, including reservations, office management, front-of-house operations, coordinating staff duties, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a 5* luxury hotel / exclusive game lodge.
- Valid driver's licence with own vehicle essential.
Technical & Specialist Knowledge
- Strong Computer literacy & Experience with PMS.
- Excellent admin and organisational skills.
- Housekeeping leadership experience.
- Stock Control & Management.
- Budget Management.
- Strong Food & Beverage AND Front Office experience.
