Job Description
Must have 2 years’ experience in a lodge environment
Must be computer Literate, competent with office and admin duties
Must be able to communicate verbally and in written form in English
Must have sound financial understanding
Understanding of all departments of a lodge
Duties include but not limited to:
Hosting
Check ins and Check outs
Stock control
Room checks
Office admin
Guest Relations
Secondary Duties (when Lodge anchors are on off days or annual leave)

- Hosting guests for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service
- Courtesy calls daily
- Assisting with Check ins and check out
- Assisting with Early departures and late arrivals
Secondary Duties (when Lodge anchors are on off days or annual leave)
- Front Office Day sheets, gate access manifest, guest’s info., guest invoicing
- Waiters, Venues and service
