Logistic and Administration Executive

Asia Polyurethane Manufacturing Pte Ltd – Tuas

Coordinate and liaise with freight forwarders to resolve logistics issues.

Ensure compliance with China’s import/export regulations and manage required documentation.

Monitor and track the status of shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists for both import and export transactions.

Provide guidance and support to the Sales Support team.

• Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
• Strong experience in shipping and logistics.
• Ability to multi-task and organize work efficiently.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
