Job Description: Prepare, monitor, and verify all shipping documents from suppliers. Accurately send shipping instructions and a full set of documents to relevant parties in a timely manner. Ensure all documents are filed and maintained properly. Arrange timely payments to suppliers and monitor receivables from customers. Proactively check on credit line requirements, facilitate their application, and escalate any potential issues to management. Handle internal systems (e.g., SAP, NNFS) to record all transaction data. Accurately input monthly closing entries and provide shipping documents to the accounting department for proper profit and loss management. Serve as the primary point of contact for timely communication with customers, suppliers, and shipping companies. Proactively remind all parties of deadlines and provide necessary documents in a strict and timely fashion, both verbally and in writing.
