The Intermodal Operations team is seeking highly skilled and motivated Transportation Specialists to join a rapidly growing team. This team drives the end-to-end operational execution of all loads (internal and external) shipped across a nationwide network. The team supports regions and shippers across the supply chain and is responsible for ensuring on-time pickup and delivery of freight from vendors, fulfillment centers, rail yards, and shipper hubs.
In the case of disruptions, the Operations team addresses issues, keeps stakeholders informed, and ensures timely resolution. The team serves as the first line of defense in identifying network trends, delays, dwell times, and other exceptions that impact the ability to deliver a high-quality transportation service experience.
