Plan and coordinate inbound (transfer from other sortation facilities and outbound of parcels, arrival & departure time of linehaul vehicles, utilizing truck capacity, route planning for drivers to meet improve ADT (Average Delivery Time) KPI Manage, brief and train ground team to make sure operation execution follow SOP Execute linehaul plans according to the set schedules and maximize capacity to ensure all deliveries are fast and on time according to the set service-level agreement (SLA) Manage all vendors drivers and in source drivers according to set key performance indicators (KPI) Develops ad-hoc plans to support peak volume like pay day or campaign day Involved in investigation of linehaul delays, or accidents as well as develops contingency plans to ensure on-time load delivery in the event of an enroute breakdown or accident Manage and lead bay coordinator to monitor truck loading efficiency and compliance Coordinate with sortation facilities to ensure suf...
