Job Description
The Logistics Assistant supports daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth coordination of deliveries, inventory handling, and documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating daily delivery and collection schedules
Liaise with drivers, warehouse team, and customers on job updates
Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and documents
Perform data entry and update records in the system
Support inventory tracking and stock movement
Picking and packing of goods for delivery
Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the warehouse
Monitor job progress and report any delays or issues
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all logistics records
Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent
