Job Description
You will be responsible for providing a transport solution for all the transport requests received:
- Reception of the transport requests
- Preparing and launching RFQ for spot and contract purchases
- Monitoring suppliers’ responses, analyse and selection of the awarded carrier(s)
- Communicate results to different stakeholders
- Booking all the mandatory information in the system (slot reservation, name of the company, name of the driver, truck registration plate…)
- Ensure a good communication of the health and safety procedures in place in the site of loading
- Declaration of the transport order in AML systems for invoicing purposes
- Ensure follow up of the loading operations and deliveries if needed
- Daily communication with transport and logistics teams, carriers and EPO
