The Front Office Logistics & Operations Coordinator enhances operational efficiency and customer experience across the Nordic & Baltic region by representing Front Office interests in all Global Supply Chain (GSC)-related topics impacting customer journey. The role provides a holistic view of order-to-delivery performance, coordinating issue resolution across logistics, ordering processes, stock availability, and master data quality. Acting as a logistics ambassador to customer-facing teams, the coordinator promotes proactive communication, effective escalation management, and continuous improvement in delivery execution and ordering experience, aligned with CDX and CX frameworks.
