GFL Environmental - Brantford is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support and streamline daily service activities while ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role serves as a central point of coordination between Operations, Laboratory, Logistics, Fleet, and Billing to ensure efficient workflows and seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support schedule services and customer service changes, ensuring completion in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Act as a key liaison between Dispatch, Laboratory, and Operations to verify and track incoming waste inventories.
- Accurately document the receipt of incoming waste using manifests, bills of lading, and work orders within OMS.
