Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including delivery scheduling and route planning.
- Arrange and monitor drivers' schedules, attendance, and daily assignments.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory, delivery, and transportation records.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse personnel.
- Prepare delivery documentation and monitor shipment and delivery status.
- Forecast and monitor logistics and transportation costs to support budgeting and cost optimization.
- Coordinate order planning to ensure compliance with suppliers' Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
