Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of the companys logistics department ensuring that all logistical needs are met efficiently and on time. The role involves coordinating shipping transportation and inventory activities while collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve operational goals. The coordinator will monitor logistics performance implement process improvements and ensure smooth execution of daily operations across all logistics functions supporting overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination with the Sales and Operation team for all upcoming confirmed Outbounds
- Responsible for Requesting Quotations to multiple Freight forwarders as per the requirement from Sales and Operations (e.g. Container/Truck Size Transit Time Price Etc.)
- Providing feedback of Rates and Transit time to Sales Team (Min 3 Different Quotes)
