As a **Logistics Coordinator** at **ICON** , you are responsible for the set up and implementation of protocol specific logistics. You will monitor all inbound deliveries and outbound shipments from **ICON's Farmingdale, New York** location. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for following up on delays and other issues with couriers to ensure client requirements are met. They will also be responsible for Proforma, Commercial Invoice creation, as well as liaising with clients in reference to the invoices.
