Overview
For our client in the Biel/Bienne region, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support logistics and warehouse operations in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Receiving Activities - Coordinate the timely and compliant receipt of incoming shipments.
- Verify received goods against purchase orders, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
- Ensure visual inspections of finished goods are performed and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Organize and label storage locations according to company standards.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient receiving processes.
- Warehouse & Material Handling Activities - Support outbound operations in accordance with company procedures and policies.
