Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Everich, you will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, safe, and efficient handling of fresh, dry, and frozen food products. You will lead a team on the ground, manage inventory flow, and maintain high quality and safety standards across all operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure cold-chain compliance and accurate stock control
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse team members
- Enforce workplace safety and operational best practices
- Support continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in food distribution
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with inventory systems and cold-chain processes
