Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with extensive experience in UAE transport logistics. The role requires hands‑on coordination and a firm understanding of DG cargo and free‑zone operations. The coordinator will manage daily truck movements and ensure smooth material dispatch across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily truck arrangements for material movement across the UAE.
- Handle dispatch planning for 15–20 trucks per day.
- Liaise with transporters, drivers, and logistics vendors.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement and on‑time deliveries.
- Prepare and manage delivery notes, gate passes and other dispatch documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DG cargo regulations and UAE transport laws.
- Handle free‑zone in‑out processes at JAFZA and with Dubai Customs.
