Job Description
Order to Cash Duties:
- Amazon Orders - complete coverage from order acknowledgement to delivery in the Amazon portal and process
- Daily Open Order Report and Delivery Drop
- Inventory Allocations for Orders - Data Entry
- Portal Work - maintain data entry for Loblaws (LCL), Walmart, Giant Tiger, Dollar Tree, Gordon Food Service
- Manual Order Entry for Donations and Samples
- Customer Pick-up Appointment Entry
- Deductions - CM/DM Entry and Investigation
- Replenishment Report for major Grocery Channel Customers
- Credits and Rebills
Qualifications:
- Experience using an ERP System (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft 365, etc) for order processing
- Experience with entering data into major North American Retailers' web portals
- Experience dealing with chargebacks/deductions from retailers and the grocery channel
