- Lead and drive operation team to meet organization goals
- Manage overseas vendors and ensure they meet customer performance KPIs
- Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for internal/external stakeholders
- Collection of performance data, conduct data analysis and focus on areas of improvement
- Analyzed and evaluated existing processes, proposing new solutions
- Developed and managed relationships with vendors and customers
- Handle new requirement from customer/vendor/superior
- Other adhoc duties assigned by superior/manager
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline with 3 years of working experience in Warehousing / Store Management
- Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
