JOB DETAILS
1 Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
2 Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
3 Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
4 Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
5 Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
6 Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
7 Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
8 Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
9 Prepare accurate reports for upper management
