We are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistic Executive tojoin our team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating dailylogistics operations, shipment arrangements, inventory control, and ensuringsmooth delivery schedules.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and customers
Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and permits
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
Handle customs clearance and related documentation when required
Follow up on delivery issues and resolve logistics-related matters
Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations
Support warehouse coordination and stock management
Prepare logistics reports and update management regularly
Perform ad-hoc task as assigned
