- Perform logistic support for inbound and outbound inventory, such as managing and tallying incoming stock according to relevant documents.
- Data processing of incoming stock into the system accurately.
- Generate the delivery order and correspond with the payment received mode accordingly.
- Handle virtual goods (e.g., software license) delivery.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth logistic flow, including:
- Procurement Team – handling stock discrepancies and resolving issues efficiently.
- Alignment of product warranty.
- Finance Team – correspondence on required documents.
- Sales Team – stock movement and usage.
- Arrange the order fulfillment schedule for in‑house drivers.
- Generate and maintain logistic‑related reports in an orderly manner.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned, such as filing.
