Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management
- Relevant computer software (advanced Microsoft Word, Excel)
- 5 years experience at Supervisory level within the relevant field
- Working knowledge of vehicle tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Highly organized and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Ability to build effective relationships
- Competent in problem-solving (problem analysis), planning, and decision making
- Employee relations and conflict management skills
