Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
- Plan and manage fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and utilization.
- Handle FMCG distribution logistics, ensuring fast and efficient supply chain operations.
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and customers for smooth coordination.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, delays, or damages.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, fleet usage, and logistics documentation.
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and permits.
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Optimize transportation routes and reduce operational costs.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet management, FMCG, and logistics operations.
