- Minimum 5 years’ shipping and logistics management experience within the automotive industry
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures and freight operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer literacy
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectivel
