- Conduct meetings with customers regarding transportation and scheduling, including visiting clients with the sales team approximately 3-4 days per week.
- Oversee and monitor the workflow of customer service and shipping operations for air, land, and sea freight.
- Oversee all ongoing projects and work to ensure there are no delays and timelines are met.
- Provide accurate customs codes to customers and shipping partners.
- Organize, review, and approve documents related to import and export activities.
