Key Duties & Responsibilities Oversee inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available for delivery while minimising excess inventory. Develop and implement training programs for drivers and logistics staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Identify potential risks in the logistics process and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining delivery accuracy and timeliness. Develop and execute contingency plans to handle logistics disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or supply chain interruptions. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations and regularly review performance against these metrics.
