What You’ll Do- Manage inbound bag intake from fulfillment hubs and delivery riders, ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation, and timely processing to support seamless dispatch operations.
- Plan and optimize outbound delivery batches by allocating orders across riders and vans to maximize operational efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate internal van dispatch operations for hanger orders, ensuring timely allocation, efficient routing, and seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor dispatch performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and drive timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of orders, inventory, and dispatch records prior to handover to delivery teams.
