Logistics Officer (Working Location: YCH @ Bulim)

As an Officer, Logistics, you will play a key role in managing end‑to‑end freight operations, ensuring timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and compliance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support Molex’s logistics performance while driving continuous improvement in quality and productivity.

You will join the Supply Chain – Warehouse team in Molex Singapore, collaborating with planners, sales engineers, quality, finance, IT, global logistics teams, and external logistics partners to support smooth outbound operations.

• Manage end‑to‑end shipment operations, including freight booking, documentation, and real‑time system updates
• Coordinate with plants, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure on‑time delivery, including urgent and ad‑hoc shipments
• Evaluate shipping modes and manage premium freight exceptions to optimize logistics costs
