Job Description
A Logistics Operations Executive coordinates daily supply chain activity. They oversee order fulfilment, manage transport logistics, maintain inventory accuracy, and liaise with freight forwarders. Their primary goal is to ensure cost-efficient, timely deliveries while resolving shipping issues and supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Transport & Delivery: Plan and optimize delivery routes, coordinate with drivers, and collaborate with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Shipping & Documentation: Prepare and verify import/export shipping documents, manage customs clearances, and track vessel/flight schedules.
- Inventory & Warehouse: Monitor stock levels, uphold inventory integrity, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading.
