Job Description
Coordinate local and international shipments Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Note, Delivery Advise etc.)
Prepare certificates (COO, any quality certificates, etc.)
Handle Loading offloading Coordinating and monitoring.
Arrange timesheets.
Communicate with freight forwarders, transporters, and clearing agents.
Track shipments and follow up on deliveries Coordinate customs clearance and document submission
Support warehouse operations and inventory coordination
Assist in planning deliveries and collections
Handle internal coordination with sales, finance, and operations teams.
Maintain proper records and logistics reports
Support daily operational and administrative logistics tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is Preferred.
