Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator will serve as the primary operational liaison between S.F. Express (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and key stakeholders and suppliers. This role is responsible for end-to-end order follow-up, exception management, document control, data tracking, and performance reporting to ensure smooth daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities 1. Client Operations Support
  • Represent SF Operations in daily coordination with key stakeholders to address operational requirements.
  • Manage order follow-up, exception handling, and Delivery Order (DO) organization.
  • Collect and relay operational information and feedback.
  • Support operational aspects of customer relationship maintenance.
