Job Description
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented specialist to manage seller logistics operations. You will ensure high efficiency in order fulfillment (DBM/DBS/FBM), handle exceptions, analyze performance data, and support seller onboarding to drive service quality and retention. Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Execute order status updates, resolve exceptions, and clear backlogs within strict SLAs (<30 mins/day).
- Data & Reporting: Perform weekly seller reviews and monthly deep-dive analysis on fulfillment metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Project Support: Assist in seller onboarding, create/update SOPs and tutorials, and collaborate with Tech teams on system UAT and bug fixes.
- Campaign Management: Monitor top-seller performance and manage backlog reminders during peak sales campaigns.
