Roles and Responsibilities- Oversees a company's operational workflow, inventory inventory, equipment and people.
- Resolve operational issues and disputes promptly or prevent it from even happening.
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and merchants to ensure proper operations of the company with brief summary to the Management.
- Submit proposals or suggestions with supporting back up examples which can improve the workflow and increase profit margins within the organisation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, this includes a proper onboarding documentation process for all departments (Operational Handbook).
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity.
