We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipping, transportation, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, etc.).
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company logistics policies.
