What You Will Do

  • Own daily logistics execution in Japan, including shipment arrangement, warehouse coordination, and issue resolution
  • Execute import, export, and domestic shipmentsCoordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for booking, documentation, permit handling, and on-time delivery
  • Handle customs-related activities including import clearance application, working closely with brokers to ensure smooth and compliant clearance
  • Partner with Safety and GTC teams to ensure full compliance with domestic DG transportation regulations
  • Support logistics handling for new and small-volume chemical products, with working knowledge of Fire Service Law and related regulatory requirements
