What You'll Do
Transport Mastery
- Source, vet & build a rock-solid database of primary transporters for full truckloads, break-bulk & backhauls
- Forge partnerships with DC gatekeepers—turn them into allies who prioritise your load
- Hunt down efficiencies: route optimisation, carrier consolidation, backhaul maximisation
Warehouse Command
- Lead a team of pickers/loaders—coach, schedule, drive productivity
- Triage urgent orders with sales
