We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead a team while remaining hands-on in daily operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a working supervisor role that will focus on improving processes, implementing cross-training, and ensuring efficient, compliant flow of materials across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of 5 employees across shipping, receiving, and logistics operations
• Act as a working supervisor, spending approximately 50% of time on the floor and 50% on coordination and planning
• Implement cross-training across packaging, receiving, shipping, and international shipping functions
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accuracy within ERP systems
• Partner with assembly and repair teams to support movement of products through the lifecycle
